About Us

I am a fully qualified ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) and have been teaching for 8 years.

I have a passion for helping people to achieve their dream of passing their driving test and becoming more independent in their lives.

I became a driving instructor because I remember the feeling  I had when I passed my driving test and I wanted to help others achieve the same as I did. I came to driving relatively late in life, I started lessons at 29 when my wife was expecting our first child, I found the confidence and the drive to learn and I haven’t looked back. Not only am I now teaching others but I am “dad’s taxi” to my three children.

I have a calm and relaxed teaching manner which I feel helps even the most nervous and anxious learn to drive and go on to pass their test.

All lessons are pupil focused and are prepared for the pupils based on their needs and areas to develop. Together we find the best way to learn and go at the pace of the student.

Safety is the most important factor for me and I pride myself on ensuring that all my pupils are safe and considerate drivers and that they are confident to drive on their own.

Essentially, I am a family man who really loves his job, meeting new people and empowering them with the skills that can offer independence and confidence whilst driving safety on our roads.

The car:
The car you will be learning in is a ford fiesta it is a 1.2-litre petrol engine and is five years old. There are dual controls in the car and all lessons will see you sat in the driving seat.
